Terms & Conditions

1. The service is backed by our warranty that the premise will remain free of above insects during the period of the contract for which regular services on time needs to be conducted as suggested by our technicians/executive at the time of inspection but to make the warranty effective the client needs to follow the precautions suggested by our technicians/executive.
   
2. If any time after completion of the initial treatment of the aforesaid premise & before the expiry of the contract period, if the pest reappears, we shall without further charge repeat the treatment of the said premise to such extent & so often before the period as may be necessary to free the said premise from the pests for which client must share infested areas pictures/ videos with us in which more than one pest is visible but if the issue arises because of the failure of the client to maintain the precautions suggested by our technicians/ executive then client can’t claim for the extra complaint service than the committed number of the services as per contract with the Company.
   
3. In the case of Bed Bugs Treatment, the premise must be kept closed for a period of 2 to 3 hours after the treatment, so as to ensure efficiency of the treatment.
   
4. In termite control treatment during inspection services, spot treatment i.e. spray treatment will be done only if termites reappear.
   
5. We shall not be by any means or become liable for any damage suffered by the client directly or indirectly through the presence of the said premises.
   
6. We shall not be held responsible for any misplacement, loss or damage of any articles especially foodstuffs, plastic materials & any valuables etc. while treating the premise under contract. To avoid such possibilities, it shall be the occupant’s responsibility to allow the technicians to perform the treatment in presences of responsible person of his/her choice. On no account should we hold responsible for mishandling, thefts etc.
   
7. We shall try to keep to the schedule of service. However, we will not be held responsible for any delay or postponement. For the smooth working the premises should be made available for treatment at the fixed timing or period as may be agreeable to both the parties. It will be for the mutual benefits that the client should inform us well in advance if a scheduled program is cancelled to reason such as illness or schedule time not suitable etc.
   
8. All payment should be strictly made in advance in favour PEST BUSTERS by Cheque/ Online transaction / Cash, Etc.
   
9. Once the contract is executed, the same cannot be cancelled by either party.
   
10. We may, at our discretion accept payment after the service. However interest at 15% p.a. will be charged against all delayed payments.
   
11. The contract is not transferrable.
   
12. Follow up service will be rendered on any week days Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm.
